We have a natural health business that provides cleansing support known as colonics. Our water quality is very important to us. We already had two layers of filtration but wanted a whole house filter for the office (so now we have 4 layers of filtration). Research indicated the Pelican 600 system was the best filtration to meet our needs for the price. We installed May 10 and have noticed a difference in the results for our clients, which has happened every time we improve water quality. The Water Filter-USA office staff was knowledgable and helpful. I was impressed that the person I talked to had a Pelican for his home. I have to be the first to tell you that "WOW" what a difference our new Pelican 600 system makes.  We had it installed on Monday and we are amazed at how clean the water is and how it feels to bath in.  I never thought you would feel so clean after bathing in filtered water.  Before we installed the system you could actually smell the water that was coming out the shower heads and kitchen sink faucets.  We always were buying bottled water for our drinking and cooking needs.  We have two beautiful Golden Retrievers and we gave them bottled water as well to drink.  What a huge savings we have with not buying bottled water any longer.  My wife and I also notice how much cleaner our clothes are when she takes the clothes out of the washer.  You can even feel how much cleaner the clothes are when you put them on.  This goes for the dishwasher as well.  It.s amazing how much filth and chemical are in our city water.  Now with all the news about the pharmaceuticals that they are finding in the city water that you drink makes me thankful that we had the system installed.  This system will pay for it self in less than a year.  Besides saving money I think I saved our health as well.  I didn.t realize that your body actually will absorb the chlorine and other chemicals that are in the water.  No longer in my house hold.  Thanks again for educating me and selling us our whole house filtering system.  I am going to recommend Water Filter USA to all my close friends. -I just want to say thank you so much for a wonderful product - I bought your big whole house system - my water no longer smells of chlorine and I got the shock of my absolute life when I changed the pre-filter 4 months after installation - here with a pic of a new cartridge and the one I removed after 4 months of filtering - it was absolutely full of sediment - I couldn't believe my eyes - I thought something was wrong but no it is just the dirt coming out the water - literally. NaturSoft Series

Just wanted to tell you how great our new Pelican Ns-3 system is. Only had it in for about a week and we love it. Better soap action, better water, everything is getting cleaner including the fixtures. It even feels like the water is getting hotter. It was easy to install myself. My wife loves it. I just wanted to let you know that now that we have had our water treatment system in place for over 6 months we are very pleased with it's performance. The softener works great and I haven't had to touch it yet. It's so much nicer not to have to keep checking the salt level and keep buying bags of salt. We are probably saving about $50.00 a year by not buying salt, and we are not introducing all that salt into our drinking water. The iron filter works great too. The best part is "no maintenance". It's worry free. I'd recommend your system over the salt system to anyone. I have to say you're customer service is outstanding too; I can't imagine how it could be any better. As all of us are aware in the last few years the city water has gotten harder with more minerals. Glassware and silverware from the dishwasher is spotted and there is also the "I can't get my hair rinsed"...I'm not going into more detail on that. Our only option was to install a softener the closet with the water heater. Clearly, there is not enough room for a conventional softener tank that requires electricity, salt brine tank and a drain. However, the Natursoft NS3 system meets all of these requirements and would fit within the closet area. We hired a licensed plumber to install the system and he did a great job of moving our water heater over about 3 inches to make additional room within the closet. - Just a note to say thank you for answering all of my calls and questions. The Pelican Salt Free Softener/Conditioner is awesome. I've noticed my pipes being cleaned out and now only use about half of the soaps that I was normaly using. I have an older home and needed something to take care of the plumbing as well as soften the water. I did not want to go to the traditional salt-based softeners because of the maintanence and chemicals being added to my water. Regarding our new water conditioning system installed by your dealer PVT Systems - we absolutely love it ! I told my husband, showers feel like your in some luxury European hotel. We are extremely pleased with the WF6. And cleaning the bathrooms - a breeze, no more rust stains. I now can use normal cleaning products. Before, only Zud worked which is difficult to find in stores. Once the Zud (expensive) was used, I could not apply & scrub. It was apply, let the solution sit for at least 15 minutes and then scrub.
